Missing golf glove

Had awful experience with Titleist Customer Service. Need to change how they do business. My response to Titleist Customer service. No my case hasn't been resolved. I have still yet to receive the golf glove I ordered on March 15. That glove was supposed to have been delivered on Monday, March 18th. I have NO confirmation that anything has been sent. I paid for expedited shipping for the glove, that needs to be refunded and an apology for terrible customer service from Titleist. All I've wanted is the items I ordered and received in the timeframe in accordance with the shipping. Titleist customer service representative, were less than accommodating with the frustrated/lost glove package. Instead of just sending me another glove right away, she told me I needed to wait several more days. Which IS absolutely ridiculous! I paid for expedited shipping, it was THREE days passed due and she wanted ME to wait two more days to see if it would magically appear, THEN call back to Titleist and then request another NEW glove. This is absolutely awful for a company the size & reputation of Titleist!!! She acted like sending me that ONE glove would have put Titleist under. She should have just sent the glove when I called and apologized for the delay. No she was worried I would have received TWO gloves for the price of one. Absolutely despicable behavior for customer service! Shameful.

Poor fitting tool

As of June 11th. No response from Titleist In prior emails, they refuse to accept responsibility. Buyer be ware

I was given a Vokey wedge for Christmas. I used to the fitting tool and it showed the 56D grind was the proper club. Spend $180.00 on the club and find it's the wrong grind. Titleist customer support keeps side stepping an effort to fix their problem. They won't accept responsibility for their "wedge selector tool".

Poor customer service, failed product delivery

Ordered full set irons thru PGA Superstore, Titleist Carlsbad lost the order then promised overnight delivery (failed) and didnt provide tracking info as promised. No idea where clubs are. Woods ordered separately, Titleist Carlsbad shipped with incomplete address so could not be delivered. Carlsbad location cant spell customer service.

Lack of service

I have tried to order custom golf balls from titleist. They will not allow me to put a custom message on the balls. There was no profanity on the message. Titleist has lost a customer.

No call back

Your rep took my information told me he was going to call me back. Never received a call back. I cannot seem to get any help and nobody seems to want to tell the truth anymore. I am 56 years old been buying Titleist my intire life and I have never been this upset.Might just be time to switch club manufacturers and go with someone that appreciates my business

I couldn't find anyone with specific knowledge of all of Titleist's offerings and I still want to talk with some knowledgeable club expert from the factory. There is no way to get through to anyone at Titelist on the phone!I can be reached at 847-909-****
